Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • MOST orders are processed same-day, however we cannot guarantee this for all items. All orders will be processed within a minimum of 2 business days
  • Orders placed before 2pm MST will usually ship out same day
  • Parts may be delivered in multiple shipments, coming from multiple locations – in these circumstances some orders might ship out same day and others will ship out the following business day
  • Our offices and warehouses are closed on the weekends – therefore orders placed after 2pm MST on Friday will usually depart the following Monday

US Shipping

  • We offer free shipping within the US on a number of products, but aren’t able to offer it on all due to the large size of some items
  • Shipping prices are automatically calculated by weight and location. However, sometimes erroneous prices will be quoted – if this is the case please email us at zj@bmwtuning.co and we will calculate and re-price the shipping cost
  • Standard delivery for ground shipments is 2-5 business days
    • Once the items have been picked up by UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. it is out of our hands
  • Shipping days only include business days! Most carriers do not offer standard delivery on Saturday and Sunday, therefore shipping placed with a 2-day or 3-day shipment window means business days. Ie. an order placed on Thursday will not arrive until Monday if you choose 2-day shipping.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide!
  • Contact us if you have any issues with international shipping quotes as certain addresses can have verification issues leading to incorrect or erroneous quotes
  • International shipping times vary but standard international shipping ranges from 3-10 business days depending on the country

Tracking Information

  • After a shipping label has been generated, you will receive an email containing your tracking code.
  • You can track your order through the shipping company’s website.
  • Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Signature Requirements

  • For all orders valued at $500 or more, we require signature confirmation upon delivery.
