B58 OEM Champion – RERX4ZWYPB (OE245)

These spark plugs are direct OEM replacements for Gen 1 BMW B58 engines. These spark plugs are recommended to be changed every 45,000 miles on stock vehicles and every 20,000 miles on tuned B58’s running above stock boost levels. It’s a great spark plug for stock or lightly modified applications. Recommended for stock-450whp.

NGK Laser Iridium – NGK SILZKGR8B8S (94201)

The NGK Laser Iridium spark plugs are a top-tier product and the most widely used plugs on modified BMW engines. NGK 94201 spark plugs feature the same heat range as stock, but are more than capable of handling 700+whp and 100% E85. We highly recommend the NGK 94201 for any B58 applications running 450-700+whp. They’re also a great option at stock power levels.

Bosch – Bosch ZR 5 SPP 3320 (8169)

The Bosch 8169 spark plugs are simply a cheaper alternative to OEM Champion or NGK 94201. Bosch makes excellent quality products and spark plugs. However, they’re not quite as capable as the NGK 94201. As such, we only recommend the Bosch plugs for stock-400whp applications.
